Our team offers specialist non bank lending advice, and we are recognised as having one of the largest networks of non bank lenders in New Zealand. A recent client told us they had seven declines in a row with another broker, and got approval within 24 hours from NonBk Ltd.
Non bank lending is still not fully understood by many borrowers and brokers, and with ongoing changes to bank credit policy there are plenty of genuine borrowers looking for help after their bank has turned them away. That's why NonBk Ltd was launched.
