Danielle specialises in construction, development, subdivision, commercial loans or “outside the box scenarios” which she can thrive on problem-solving. She understands the challenges of owning your own business as a previous business owner and enjoys assisting clients to achieve their goals.
Prior to joining First Rate Mortgages I had 10 years lending experience working in Home Loans with Sovereign (owned by ASB). I have an excellent understanding of the more complex deals including of development and construction fundings plus relocatable homes, no Code of Compliance, as is where is, and “outside the square” funding.
